My main customer group are medium-sized industrial companies: suppliers to the automotive industry, to the medical technology industry, to the construction industry, to pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries; machine builders, plant construction companies, drive technology and electrical engineering companies.

Many of my customers are world market leader (hidden champion) or their challenger (hidden follower).

My regional focus is Germany and Europe. I also facilitate teams in USA, Latin America and Asia.

I have been able to accompany some of my clients for more than 20 years as they have multiplied their business from regional supplier to global player.

In terms of size I can roughly differentiate my client companies into three groups:

• Smaller companies with 50 – 200 employees, focused on the German and European market
• Medium-sized companies with 200 – 1000 employees
• Larger companies with 1000 to 10000 employees.

In addition to medium-sized industrial companies, I have been supporting relief organisations for many years, including one of the largest alliance in Germany.
